THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUALS BETWEEN 8-16 YEARS OF AGE AS OF ENTRY WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C."). VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES/D.C. AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:01 AM CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME (CDT) ON JULY 27, 2009, AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM CDT ON AUGUST 23, 2009, (THE "PROMOTION PERIOD"). DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.ArriveLounge.com and follow on-screen instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form with all required information and click the "Submit" button. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. CDT on August 23, 2009. Children under thirteen (13) will be required to have their parent or legal guardian enter on their behalf. Parents or legal guardians of children will receive an email with instructions on how to enter their children into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day. If more than one entry is received from the same person or from the same email address on any given day of the Promotion Period, all entries from said person or email address will be disqualified. Additional Sweepstakes entries may be earned by referring friends to the www.ArriveLounge.com. To tell a friend about the Sweepstakes, click on the "REFER" link to email the message to a friend. One (1) additional Sweepstakes entry will be credited for each valid email address that is referred. Limit twenty (20) additional Sweepstakes entries or twenty (20) referred friends allowed throughout the Promotion Period. Entrant must have a personal relationship with the person who's email was provided. Entries become the property of Sears Roebuck & Co. ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method are ineligible and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual and all entries using such method. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entry, such entry will be deemed made by the person named on the entry form. Any entries not in conformance with these Official Rules will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., between eight (8) and sixteen (16) years of age as of entry. Employees of Sears, Roebuck & Co., The Walt Disney Company, Wunderman, or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, retail locations, suppliers, distributors, advertising, promotion or any other agencies or entities involved in this promotion, each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, office members, personnel, assigns and agents (collectively, "Promotion Parties") and members of their immediate families (biological or step), including parents, grandparents, children, siblings or spouses of any of the foregoing (regardless of where they live), or households of any of the above, whether related or not, are NOT eligible to participate.

DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 24, 2009, by Wunderman, the Sweepstakes administrator, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on total number of eligible entries received. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. Judges' decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for Winner and three (3) guests to Los Angeles to Walk the Red Carpet with Selena Gomez. Grand Prize consists of a trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, CA to attend a Red Carpet Event ("Event") of the Sponsor's choice includes the following: round trip coach air transportation for winner and three (3) travel companions from major airport nearest Winner's home (if Winner lives within 250 miles of Los Angeles, CA, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation for air transportation and any difference in prize value will not be awarded) to Los Angeles, CA; ground transportation while in Los Angeles, CA (to/from airport and hotel, to/from hotel and event); two (2) nights'/three (3) days' hotel accommodations (quad occupancy standard hotel room); access for Winner and three (3) guests to the Event; an opportunity for the winner (and winner's travel companions) to meet with Selena Gomez at the Event, one (1) $1,000 Sears Gift Card and a check in the amount of $1,575 payable to the winner or his/her parent or legal guardian, which could be used toward the payment of taxes. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize is: $6,075. Selection of airline and hotel and date and location of Red Carpet Event are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Winner is responsible for meals, gratuities, transportation between the Winner's residence and any airport of origin, insurance, room service and all other expenses not specified herein. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel destinations, routes, and hotel selection at its sole discretion. If Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates designated by Sponsor, Grand Prize will be forfeited. Approximate retail value of the prize is based on estimated airfare as of June 19, 2009 (actual value may vary based on point of departure and/or airfare fluctuations and any difference between the stated approximate value and actual value of prize will not be awarded). Trip must be completed by December 23, 2009. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Gift card is subject to terms and conditions set by issuer.

Two hundred (200) FIRST PRIZES: One (1) $50 Sears Gift Card. ARV: $50 each. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions set by issuer.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $16,075.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION/WINNER VERIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian) will be notified by overnight mail on August 28, 2009 and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release within ten (10) days of date printed on prize notification, or prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize will be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian (on minor's behalf), who will be required to sign and return all required documents and accompany minor on trip. Grand Prize winner's travel companions who are minors must be accompanied on the trip by the parent or legal guardian of such minors. Grand Prize Winner's travel companions and his/her parent or legal guardian if companions are a minor must sign and return a liability/publicity release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

Winners and travel companions must travel on same itinerary. In the very unlikely event that after Winner's departure the Event is cancelled or delayed beyond winner's scheduled stay in Los Angeles, CA, no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof, but remainder of prize (transportation and hotel) will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and travel companions must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid driver's license) required for travel.

Trip prize (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, refunded, or redeemed for cash and cannot be rescheduled once travel arrangements have been scheduled.

First Prizes will be shipped via mail within 4-6 weeks of drawing date.

Prizes are non-transferable except as provided herein or at the discretion of the Sponsor. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if for any reason an advertised prize cannot be awarded as intended in these rules; and potential winners (and their parent or legal guardian) agree to such substitution as a condition of entry in this Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per household. Winners (and their parent or legal guardian if winner is an eligible minor) are responsible for payment of any taxes on prizes under applicable federal, state and local laws. Sponsor advises potential winners (and their parent or legal guardian if potential winner is an eligible minor) to seek independent tax counsel prior to accepting a prize. By participating, entrants (and their parents or legal guardians) agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

By accepting the prize, each winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian) consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, quote and/or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes in commerce and in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if appropriate affidavits and releases are not received within the prescribed period, the corresponding prize will be forfeited Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

MISCELLANEOUS: By entering and/or accepting a prize, each entrant and/or winner (and their parent or legal guardian)(a) agrees to release the Promotion Parties from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to participation in this Sweepstakes, the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, attendance at Prize event or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel and attendance at an Event, or any travel related thereto); and (b) consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, quotes and/or identity for advertising and publicity purposes by the Promotion Parties, with no additional compensation, as permitted by law. Promotion Parties are not responsible for and are hereby released from liability with respect to: (i) electronic transmissions/entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by the Sponsor or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone, cable or satellite transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. The Promotion Parties are further not responsible for and are hereby released from liability with respect to incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any Web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these Official Rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. In the unlikely event of the cancellation or postponement of the Event due to circumstances beyond the Promotion Parties' reasonable control, the trip will be awarded without the Event element of the prize. Sponsor has the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of the Winner's or Winner's guests' parent or legal guardian, and if a felony conviction is found, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify the group from participating in the trip and to pay the Winner a cash substitute.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH PERSON AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM HIM/HER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By entering, entrants (and their parents or legal guardians) agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflicts of law rules. By entering, entrants (and their parents or legal guardians) consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
